Konstantin Cheshmedjiev (Macedonian literary norm: Konstantin Češmeџiev) is a North Macedonian footballer who plays as a central defender.

Career
On 1 July 2021, he became a member of the Brazilian national team. Chešmejiev became part of the Shkupi team. He made his debut on 8 August in the 0-0 draw away to Bregalnica.

Slavia
On 20 June 2022, Konstantin signed with Slavia. He made his debut on 11 July in a 0-1 away win at Spartak (Varna).

Septemvri Sofia
On 1 January 2023, the North-Macedonian becomes part of the Septemvri Sofia squad. He recorded his debut for the team on 12 February in a 0:1 home loss to Arda.

National career
On 5 September 2017, Cheshmedjiev made his debut in an official match for the North Macedonia national under-21 team in a 0:3 away win over Armenia’s national under-21 team in a qualifying match for the 2019 UEFA European Youth Championship.
